| This page was built to allow participants in our weekly
battle to keep an up to date roster of aircraft. Since we fly NO FUN*, it is essential that everyone have all the same planes. You have to be able to tell friend from foe! |
|
| All these planes were created by people outside our organization. If any modified aircraft are listed, modifications are with the creators' permission. The aircraft links are direct to the files, to speed the acquisition of a collection by newcomers. Please visit the hosting websites regularly as well to search for new additions. | |
| Newcomers take note: We use Teamsound now in place of Roger Wilco. Teamsound allows multiple channels on the same IP (and a bunch of other neat stuff), this means teams can have secure communications! | |
| Some new concepts have been added
to Fridays through the use of
Bill Potvin's
CFO Weather.
The players break into teams and each team chooses an airfield in an area
where there is a tight grouping of fields. The teams then use CFO to
position themselves on the runways, we all take off together and try and
find the enemy. This can be remarkably good fun, plus a great chance to
practice team tactics. For fun sometimes we also fly in the 231's Canyon Scenery (follow the link or search www.flighsim.com for can231v2.zip. this is WILD. Use CFO and set your view distance to 3 miles and it has to be seen to be believed. |

| 5*NO FUN rules means no target indicators, radar or text display. Use keys F9, U and N to disable these features (if you're using the CFS2 control set the commands are Shift-T, Ctrl-Shift-L and I) and avoid selecting targets! Find your enemy by getting close enough to tell who it is! | |
